Does your relationship need a boost?

Imagine of the sound of an orchestra that’s never rehearsed together. Or going to watch your favourite football team play a match without having trained as a group.

Amazingly, in most businesses the cohesion essential for a team to thrive is taken for granted. Business rarely invest in any kind of relationship training.

Consequently, conflict is the unwelcome, toxic guest that pervades many workspaces, derailing productivity and causing unnecessary stress.

The Relationship Boost is a revolutionary method to understand and fix complex issues within professional relationships. We apply insights from Relational Life Therapy, a new process used by personal relationship counsellors to the workplace.

  • In business, where there are winners there must also be losers. For example, when you win a contract, someone else loses out.

    But in relationships, it’s different.

At work, when one party ‘wins’ and another ‘loses’, you both lose.

Why? Because turning colleagues into losers is clearly not good for the business as a whole.

In this session you will learn about the five strategies you may think help you ‘come out on top’ but are actually moving you further away your goal: successful collaboration with your colleagues.

  • When you work with a difficult person, whether they manage you, you manage them or you’re required to collaborate, you can potentially feel completely out of control as a result of their unacceptable behaviour.

For many people, their natural response in this situation is to retaliate, withdraw or dig their heels in. As you’ve learned in ‘Diagnosing the problem: The Five Losing Strategies’, these approaches are counterproductive.

This session equips you with insights that will help you to deal with difficult people, de-escalate conflict and take back control.

  • When you get a reputation as someone who’s capable of facilitating difficult conversations, your value in the workplace soars.

Not having these conversations results in increased stress, reduced productivity, and sometimes complete stalemate.

How much more time would you or your leaders reclaim to do the really important work if you weren’t dealing with conflict caused by having avoided difficult conversions?

In this session we give you the blueprint for handling awkward conversations. Either for you directly or in your role as facilitator.

You’ll feel so confident in your ability to handle these discussions. Who knows, you might even enjoy them!

  • In Diagnosing The problem: The Five Losing Strategies, we learned how unconscious behaviours can lead to conflict.

In this session, you learn five simple strategies that will transform your relationships for the better.

This session is all about paving the way for a collaborative future.
